Central California (April 2024)

Our trip was somewhat abbreviated by bad weather in Dallas... the storms, followed by subsequent American Airlines logistical screw-ups, meant that instead of leaving on Saturday morning, we ultimately left on Monday morning. This resulted in us cutting the San Jose part of our visit out, and just heading immediately south to Monterey. Much of Route 1's seaside route was closed due to landslides, but we did visit a park south of the city prior to that.
